This interesting Landrover is, I believe, an attempt to combine the best of everything into one vehicle. Aluminum body of a Landrover, reliable Japanese engine, and adjustable Citroen suspension. The hydro-pneumatic suspension is sourced from a Citroen DS and SM and allows height adjustments to be made on the fly as well as a smooth ride. I do like the look of the exposed spheres in front of the grill.
Amazingly it features inboard brakes at both ends – Jaguar at the rear and Citroen SM up front.
The engine choice is different – a 3.0L turbo V6 from a Nissan 300ZX.
The dash looks to have come from a Nissan as well.

Also seems to be for sale. Not sure I’d want to source parts or do any work to it but very interesting project. http://lethbridge.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cars-trucks-1959-Land-Rover-Series-2a-W0QQAdIdZ327260415
