I always enjoy attending the annual classic car swap meet held in Lethbridge, Alberta. Most of the parts for sale are for 50s to 70s American stuff with some hot rod bits thrown but it is always to browse. I always get to catch with a few folks as well. Below are some of more interesting parts and cars for sale this year. I only bought a Pontiac Acadian (version of the Chevette) owner’s manual for a $1.

1970 Acadian – a Canadian market variation of the Chevrolet Nova sold at Pontiac dealers. This generation is much less common than the earlier ones.
Not a Caprice or Impala but a bare bones 1977 Chevrolet Bel Air coupe. This one had quite low mileage – close to 60k miles / 100k kms. Another Canadian only trim line from 77-81. I believe this one has a 305cid V8 engine as the owner mentioned headers and dual exhaust.
You don’t see too many of these 1978 Oldsmobile 442 fastbacks around anymore. This one still had factory graphics and a solid looking body with aftermarket rims.
Some sort of engine analyzer
I love the look old the classic, round, analog automotive gauges.
Old small engines and classic license plates.
Despite a bit of snow early in the morning the parking always has some interesting stuff. This one is a rather nice Chevrolet Bel Air station wagon.
A very nice Dodge Special Deluxe owned by one of the vendors. Check out that roof rack! This is a Canadian built Plodge – Plymouth body, Dodge trim sold as a Dodge. It had some very vintage style winter tires on it too. Nice to see a driver.
1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Always a few cars and projects for sale in the parking lot too This 1966 Beaumont Custom was built in Canada but sold in a few other markets too. It has a 283cid V8 and Powerglide automatic.
A 1958 Chevrolet Yeoman station wagon that looked like it had just been pulled out of long term storage. This one had a $3500 asking price.
A lovely 1941 Fargo classic pickup truck. A version of Dodge sold in Canada and other markets. This one receiving a bit of snow at the swap and buy. This one had an asking price of $19k.
