A visit to the local Costco resulted in seeing this gem. A quite nice looking 1970s Toyota Land Cruiser in a very period orange sort of colour.
Very classy badge work from when badges were still made of metal.
The interior was very nicely preserved as well.
A very old looking plate on the back with a matching one on the front means it has likely had the same owner from, at the earliest, the late 1980s. Nice to see this one still has rear body work too. Quite a few are checker-plate all the way around the bottom at the back. I remember them being like that even when growing up.
Those white retro reflective plates came out in 82 or 83, that is a great looking truck!
